My name is Mackenzie Muersch and I am an Occupational Therapy student at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL. A couple of classmates and I are doing a research study to explore the experiences of service dog users in order to ultimately better understand how an occupational therapist may assist in the process of acquiring a service dog. Our study is open to all types of disabilities and individuals 18 years or older. We are currently trying to recruit participants to complete an online survey and/or participate in a phone interview. If you have any connections to service dog users who would be interested, please share this information about the research opportunity. Our research adviser and principle investigator, Dr. Anne Kiraly-Alvarez, can be contacted with any questions:
Phone: 630-515-7340 Email: email@example.com
I have included the recruitment flyer information below with more details of the study and survey link.
Thank you for your time and consideration in advance!
