As a leader I will lead with an open ear—listening to all sides of an issue, to be inclusive and understand diverse perspectives. I expect my words to be provocative, challenging the status quo in an effort to fuel innovation. I expect to be reliable, flexible and resilient; being proactive versus reactive during challenging situations. I aspire to empower the strengths in others to inspire a shared vision and move positively toward a common goal.
