The Occupational Therapist's Kerala Association (OTKA) is the state level professional association registered in Calicut sub registrar office with Reg. No: S333/09. This is established in 2009 to represent the interests and concerns of occupational therapy practitioners and students of occupational therapy from Kerala and to interaction among the Occupational therapists/students from Kerala.
