I have been doing staff training's for several years. I would like to pursue a new position that would be all staff training. I want to be more effective, improve my power point presentations, and begin to do online and webinar training. Does anyone have any recommendations on a class or training I could take to improve those skills.

I can't think of any specific resources, but connecting with a full-time OT educator might be of benefit.

You might check out the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) at www.astd.org

My Master's degree is in education with a focus in adult learning and training and I toyed for a very short time with leaving OT and becoming a corporate trainer back in the early 90's.

I rediscovered my love for OT and have never lost it :-) but the skills and knowledge I gained from ASTD and other training focused resources has served me well across my entire career!
