Dear OT,
We are a group of 4 students working with a faculty adviser, Dr. Ingrid Provident in the Chatham University Masters of Occupational Therapy Program. We are currently researching International Occupational Therapy Fieldwork Experiences. Specifically, we are curious as to how international fieldwork affects your practice and / or your professional growth and development.  Our research group has been made aware that you've completed one or more of your fieldwork experiences internationally. We invite you to share your experiences and have your voice be included in our research.  By taking 10 minutes and completing the attached survey, you will allow us to understand how your fieldwork experience impacts your current occupational therapy practice.  Following the brief survey you will be asked if you would be willing to participate in an individual telephone or email interview.  Thank you for considering this request.  All responses gathered in either or both the survey and interview will be shared anonymously in any future conference presentations or publications that may result from this research.
