I am attaching the report I submitted to the AOTA following the Council Meeting in Taiwan in March, for anyone who wants more details.
Keep in mind that this is a summary from my notes, and not the official minutes. The final minutes were posted last week for Delegates to review. With appendices,it's about 400 pages, so I have some reading to do.
